All purchases of ChromaMeta products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Paddle is responsible for processing payments, taxes, and refunds.


2. 14-Day Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle using the confirmation email received at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility and approval are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.


3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted directly through Paddle support.

You may be asked to provide:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • The transaction reference number
  • A brief reason for the request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the original payment method and financial institution.


5. Digital Product Notice

Lightroom AI Metadata Plugin is a digital software product delivered electronically.

By purchasing the product, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is delivered digitally
  • No physical goods are shipped
  • Access to the software is provided upon activation

Nothing in this section limits your statutory right to request a refund within the 14-day period described above.
