Lightroom AI Metadata Plugin is a digital software product delivered electronically.

By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is intangible and cannot be physically returned
  • Access to full functionality is granted immediately upon activation

Because of the nature of digital software, refunds are subject to the conditions below.


2. Refund Eligibility Window

  2. The license has been used 10 or fewer metadata generations in total.

If either condition is not satisfied, the purchase is no longer eligible for refund.

If the license has been used more than 10 generations, the product is considered materially consumed, and refunds will not be granted.

Usage is determined solely based on internal system records.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Purchasing a license indicates that the user has chosen to proceed beyond the evaluation stage.
